At Mountain Oasis Designs, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Prepare Your Return: Securely pack your item in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to process and appear in your account.
